How soon will I get a reply to my email?

I just placed an order. When will I know it's on its way?

  • Excited about your order? We are too! It takes about 24 hours for your order status to update. Our team works hard to get your order processed and ready for shipment within 2-4 business days. Keep an eye on your inbox for a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link to follow your order's journey to you.

 

My tracking number doesn't show any updates. What should I do?

  • No worries! Right after your order is processed by our warehouse team, we send you a shipping confirmation email. Sometimes, it takes a bit longer for the package to leave our warehouse due to high demand. If your tracking information hasn't updated, it's best to contact the shipping provider directly for the most current info. Here are their numbers for your convenience:

Can I cancel my order?

  • Change of mind? If your order hasn't been shipped yet, just send us an email to request a cancellation. If it's already on its way, don't worry! Once it arrives, you can return it following our easy Returns Policy for a store credit or an exchange.

 

I need to change my shipping address!

  • Got it! If your order hasn't shipped yet, please email us as soon as possible with your updated address details. If it's already been shipped, email us anyway and we'll do our best to reroute your items to you.

 

What if my item doesn't fit or isn't what I expected?

  • We've got you covered! Simply follow our Returns Policy to initiate a return for store credit. While we're all about fast-paced fashion, we unfortunately can't guarantee exchanges by mail due to our quick inventory turnover. Visit our returns page to get started on a hassle-free return.

 

When will I receive store credit for my return?

Why hasn't my expedited order shipped yet?

  • Let's break it down! Choosing expedited shipping means your order will travel faster once it leaves our warehouse. Remember, total delivery time includes both processing time (usually 2 days for us to get your order ready) and the expedited shipping time. So, if you order today, it's processed over the next two days, ships out, and then arrives in another 2 days with expedited shipping. We're all about getting your order to you swiftly and in top-notch condition!
